Flash Arcade (回忆游戏厅) by Simbino LLC

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

1. Introduction

Simbino LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flash Arcade mobile application, also known as 回忆游戏厅 ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what the App collects, why, and who it is shared with. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

This policy covers Flash Arcade only. Our other apps have their own policies.

The App has no accounts. You never create one, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or password.

2. Information We Collect

Data Type Details Purpose
Advertising Identifier (IDFA) Apple's Identifier for Advertisers, and advertising interaction data such as ad impressions and taps. Read by the Google Mobile Ads SDK only if you grant permission when iOS asks. Showing ads, which is what keeps the games free
Anonymous Install ID A random identifier generated on your device the first time you vote. It is not derived from your Apple ID, your device serial number, your advertising identifier, or anything else that identifies you. Deleting and reinstalling the App produces a brand-new one. Counting each vote once, so one device cannot vote repeatedly for the same game
Game Progress High scores, saved games, which games you have played, your language choice Kept on your device only. Never transmitted to us.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, health data, financial information, or browsing history. The App has no analytics service and no crash reporting service.

3. Advertising and Tracking

The App displays banner advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Advertising is the only way the App makes money; there are no in-app purchases and no subscription.

On first launch, iOS asks whether the App may track you across other companies' apps and websites. This is Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

  • If you allow it, Google may use your device's advertising identifier to show you more relevant ads.
  • If you decline, the App keeps working exactly the same and you still see ads — they are simply less relevant. Nothing is withheld from you for declining.

You can change this decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

Where required by law, you will also see a consent form managed by Google's User Messaging Platform covering how advertising data is used in your region.

Ad serving is handled by Google, and their handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy & Terms.

4. Voting

The App lets you vote for which classic games we should rebuild next. When you vote, we receive the anonymous install identifier described above, the identifier of the game you voted for, and the time of the vote. Nothing else is sent, and there is nothing in that data that points back to you.

Votes are stored on servers we operate using Amazon Web Services, and in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) for votes cast in the game catalog. We use vote totals to decide what to build next. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Google AdMob — serves the banner ads and, with your permission, uses the advertising identifier. See the Google Privacy & Terms.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosts the vote counter. AWS stores the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
  • Apple iCloud (CloudKit) — stores catalog votes. Governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

There are no other third-party SDKs in the App.

6. Playing Offline

Every game is fully playable with no network connection. In airplane mode nothing leaves your device: no ads are requested and no votes are sent. Votes cast offline are queued and sent the next time you are online.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. It is made for adults who grew up playing browser games in the 2000s. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention and Your Rights

Game progress lives on your device; deleting the App deletes it. Vote records are kept indefinitely as anonymous totals, because they cannot be traced back to a person.

Because the App holds no account and no personal identifiers, we generally cannot locate "your" data to export or delete it — there is nothing tying it to you. If you have a specific request, contact us and we will do what we can.

To stop all advertising-related data collection, decline or revoke the tracking permission in your device settings as described in section 3.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes.
